Mrs Bown was one of the nicest Kindest people I've ever known.She was always so positive in her outlook on life even though she had her share of challenges. I'll always smile when I think of her.

Thinking of you Pam and Gordie on this sad news, Aunt Dot always cheered me up whenever I was talking with her. I know she will be missed by all. Dad, Aunt Marg and Uncle Garfield will be waiting for her with open arms and tons of hugs!

My sympathies to the entire family. I worked in the kitchen and now as an LPN at Grace Village.. Dorothy was a sweet soul. She always asked how I was doing and would tell me I was doing a good job, that she was glad to see me. Her smile could light up a room. She will be deeply missed. Rest in peace, my dear Dorothy.

Dear Pam, Gordie and all the family. My dear friend Dot, first met when I was very young, like 60 plus years ago. We visited Dot over the years, and will always remember her beautiful smile, and gentle manner. A bridge game in earlier years, was always in order any time. Sad to say, haven't been able to visit Quebec the last few years, when we would visit her at Grace and when we always had a good "chin wag." A beautiful soul and proud to say, Dot was my friend for many years. Loved her like family. Rest easy Dot. Your friend Eleanor

I know how much she inspired you and felt how proud she was of who you were Pam, it was important for her to know how well surrounded you were in Valcartier :) this made her very happy.
