Passed away on December 17, 2023 at the age of 96. He was predeceased by his wife Elsie Wood and daughter Beverly.
He is survived by his children: Lois (Douglas Walker), Ernest (Judith Langevin) and Paul (Anne-Marie Yeates). He also leaves his grandchildren: Elise Walker (Michel Perras), Trishia Walker (Daniel Bruneau), Lisa Dubeau, Ernest Dubeau Jr. (Melanie Filion), Heather Dubeau (Gilles Poulin), Jason Dubeau (Mellissa Prevost), Stacey Dubeau (Martin Papillon); his great-grandchildren :Vanessa, Corey, Skyler, Patrick, Marc, Derek, Travis, Matthiew, Melyna, Tylor, Nathaniel, Nicholas, Owen, Eleanor, Brandon, Riley, Joey, Jayden, Olivia, Quintin, Valerie and their partners. Predeceased by Sunny. He will be sadly missed by his great-great-grandchildren: Dawson, Laurie, Jared, Iza, Mark, Linkoln, Brooklyn and Chelsea as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Predeceased by his siblings Violet Roberge, Nelson and Ernest.
Visitation at the Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St. Sherbrooke (Lennoxville) on Saturday, December 23, 2023 from 2 to 4 pm, followed by the service at 4 pm.
Interment of ashes will take place in the spring in the Island Brook Cemetery.
