So sorry to hear about Marian; Cliff, John, Donna, Bruce, Steven, Trudy, Alfred, Eva, your loved ones, grandchildren, great grandchildren, lifetime friend Rena, her brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Marian was much loved. Growing up, I remember the family visits to Uncle Bob's and Aunt Marian's farm with the landmark colored roof. Those trips spawned many memories. As a youngster, I fondly remember receiving the card and gift from Aunt Marian, Uncle Bob and family, every Christmas without fail. I wish that I could say that a thank you note followed each one. Marian will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to have come across her path. May God give you all strength, peace and comfort during this very difficult time. Dave

At this time I would like to express my sincere sympathy for you all. So sad to hear this news. I certainly remember all the wonderful suppers we shared on Sunday nights with the laughter we had together on many occasions, as well as the holidays with a house full of family. Such as wonderful person Marian was, she was always willing to do anything anytime and drive around many hours getting things for the farm, getting her shopping sales across the border weekly and garage sales on the weekends, She will be sadly missed, now may she rest in peace and be comforted. On behalf of my sisters and I, we wish to offer our condolences on the great loss of our aunt Marian, our mother's youngest sister. The Hulton siblings have always been close in spirit, though they were scattered around the world and they communicated often by letter or phone. Every one of them shared a strength of character that perhaps grew out of growing up in the depression years. One of my enduring memories of aunt Marian and Uncle Bob was when they would come to Ontario and stop to visit all the relatives and share a gallon tin of maple syrup from the farm. I didn't appreciate it so much as a young child, but when I think of the effort to create the syrup and then give it away, I also remember how generous they always were. Rest in peace, now, with Bob by your side.
