Passed away at the Wales Home in Richmond on April 19,2024 at the age of 88, Mr. Manning was the son of the late Harry Manning Sr. and the late Margaret Bell formerly from Beebe.
Mr. Manning leaves to mourn his family (brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces…).
